Fun Food Holidays in April

One thing that we decided to do this year is celebrate food holidays. I felt like a total nerd decided to do this because who even does that? It has ended up being so much fun! I mean holidays are fun thing to celebrate, so why not celebrate holidays a few times a week? They don't have to be a big deal, just simple.

We have also found that this helps us meal plan. At the beginning of the month, I write down all the food holidays that I want to celebrate on our meal calendar. This makes it easier for us when we aren't sure what we want to eat. It also gives us opportunities to splurge and make some sweets a couple of times a month as well :)

There are many other websites out there that have lists of food holidays. I've just found that this one is the most comprehensive.
