As referenced in my other posts, here are the free PDFs of meal plans and food holiday calendars. Each calendar is available to download and edit using Microsoft Excel. I love printing off a background to match my kitchen, and then to print a blank calendar over the top of that picture. With the free holiday calendar PDFs you can edit what holidays you don't care to celebrate and then print out the blank meal calendar with room for writing in your own meals!
