Anxiety and depression are things that I struggle with. I am not an expert in any of these disorders, nor am I qualified to provide counseling, but I am learning how to better handle them and live with them. I truly believe that everyone will struggle with anxiety and depression at different times in their lives. Through my blog, I hope to help others find coping mechanisms and help with their mental challenges. Most of all, I hope you know that you are not alone in your struggles. If it seems like no one else is here for you, remember that I'm here for you!
Each of my posts will focus on specific characteristics of anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem to name a few. I will share what I have learned from these experiences and what has helped me through them.
